Embark on a real adventure through stunning Alpine hotels. I will show you some of the most beautiful, interesting and luxurious hotels in Germany, Italy, France and Switzerland. Hotels with history, unique views, unique designs and solutions… I have collected 10 hotels (but I will gradually add more), where I want to live one day. And maybe it will happen very soon! Who knows.
1. Miramonti Boutique Hotel
Incredibly beautiful boutique hotel right above the city of Merano. The views from Miramonti are magical… And no wonder, because it’s at an altitude of 1230 meters! There’s a free spa, a Tyrolean restaurant with panoramic terrace and large modern rooms with stunning city and mountain views.

2. Tyrol Hotel (Italy, Santa Maddalena)
One of the most picturesque natural hotels in my selection! Hotel San Luis is located in the Trentino – Alto Adige region of Italy. It represents a special place for lovers of agritourism. San Luis is located on a nature reserve in a picturesque setting of mountains, a lake and a highland park. Instead of a classic hotel, there are individual chalets by the water or deep in the forest, real tree houses. There are communal spaces as well. Everything here is made of wood, glass and clay. This is truly a unique place to relax alone with nature. As it is now fashionable to call it – this place is perfect for a retreat).

4. Golf & Spa Resort Andreus (Italy, San Leonardo in Passiria)
The Andreus is a designer 5-star spa hotel designed by architect Hugo Demetz in a unique Alpine style. There is a free spa for guests and of course breathtaking views of the Dolomites, the valley and the city of Merano. The hotel is located at an altitude of 600 meters! For a winter vacation this fact is not important, but nearby is the Passiria Golf Club, where guests receive discounts on the use of the golf course.

5. Cyprianerhof Dolomit Resort (Italy, Tires)
Cyprianerhof is not even a hotel, it is a real 5-star complex in the Dolomites. It is located in the charming unspoiled nature of the Val di Tires, at the foot of the majestic Catinaccio Mountains, in the protected Sciliar-Catinaccio Natural Park. This is the true heart of the Dolomite Alps. There are more than 1000 square meters of space for luxurious relaxation: spa, saunas, outdoor and indoor pools, relaxation rooms, treatments with pure spring water, aromatic herbs and essential oils, emotional showers, Kneipp hydrotherapy and ice caves that simply cannot be missed. The hotel is part of the dolomiticlass hotel chain! They really have some of the most beautiful hotels in South Tyrol!

6. Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden (Germany, Berchtesgaden)
I’m not the biggest fan of Kempinski hotels. But there are two in this selection! Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden is located in Berchtesgaden, Germany and is surrounded by picturesque mountain views. The exquisite rooms and suites immerse you in Kempinski-style luxury, but very understated! Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden is a unique combination of five-star luxury, Bavarian style, warmth and entertainment. Here at 1,000 meters high in the mountains, you can definitely relax and get away from your everyday worries! Amazing breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening in one of two restaurants! The first is the Michelin starred restaurant with exquisite dishes and the second is the Johann Grill restaurant with regional cuisine. There is also a health spa on site. And after a day spent on the slopes of the ski resort, it’s perfect!

7. Le Hameau Albert 1er (France, Chamonix)
A Relais & Chateaux hotel can’t help but fall in love! And this 5-star hotel Hameau Albert 1er, in the beautiful French ski town of Chamonix, is no exception. Hameau Albert 1er is a true haven of luxury, peace and quiet. There are classic and family rooms, separate chalets, as well as indoor and outdoor pool and spa overlooking Mont Blanc. The gastronomic delights include a Michelin restaurant with ** stars!

8. Four Seasons Hotel Megève (France, Megève)
Four Seasons is a hotel that needs no introduction! These two words are almost always a guarantee of great service and luxury level! And no wonder the Four Seasons Megeve is considered one of the best hotels in Megeve (French ski resort)! This modern chalet immortalizes the legacy of the Rothschild family who transformed a provincial town into a world-class resort nearly 100 years ago! The chalet has direct access to the ski slopes and is 1.5 kilometers from the Mont d’Arbois and Petit-Vorasset elevators, as well as 3.5 kilometers from the Petit-Rochebrune elevator. The hotel features a spa, a fitness center and a children’s playground. From the comfort of the hotel you can rent bicycles in summer and ski equipment in winter. Relaxing in the largest spa complex in the Alps and experiencing haute cuisine in the Le 1920 restaurant, which has been awarded two Michelin stars – isn’t this a dream come true?!

9. Badrutt’s Palace Hotel (Switzerland, St. Moritz)
One of the most unique hotels, not afraid to say it, of the world! The history of the hotel dates back to 1896. Think about it. Construction began even earlier than that. 1856. But I won’t tell you about the history of the hotel, I’d rather tell you why this hotel is so famous. It is located in one of the most expensive resorts in Switzerland – St. Moritz. The rooms offer panoramic views of the Engadine Alps and Lake St. Moritz. The hotel has 6 restaurants and an indoor pool. Badrutt’s Palace is not just a hotel, it is a well-known landmark in St. Moritz. It is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World consortium, Swiss Deluxe Hotels and Swiss Historic Hotels. And what are the parties held at Badrutt’s? They’re legendary. Pajama parties, theme parties, New Year’s Eve parties and all kinds of holiday extravaganzas. If you think you’ve been to some of the craziest parties of your life, just wait till you hear about the various events at Badrutt’s Palace. One such party was when a guest wanted to surprise his wife for her birthday …. and what better way to surprise your partner than to have an elephant deliver a gift to her in the hotel lobby? Sounds completely crazy, but it really happened! And that’s not all. Once upon a time, to make the pool party more interesting, the swimming pool at Badrutt’s Palace Hotel was populated with sea lions. Can you imagine how great it is to be in such a unique place! You can read about all the stories on their hotel website

10. Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski (Switzerland, St. Moritz)
Here is the second Kempinski hotel I promised to tell you about! And it is also located in St. Moritz. The Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski is housed in a traditional building and combines European luxury, excellent service and world-class activities! Living amongst breathtaking mountain scenery, you can definitely recharge and relax. Kempinski The Spa, with its bath complex, pool and gym and relaxing treatments, is something to behold! And what a Michelin-starred restaurant Ca d´Oro is worth a visit. It serves gourmet cuisine. And then there’s the Enoteca Restaurant, with its relaxed atmosphere and regional cuisine, and the Grand Restaurant Les Saisons, with its steak and sushi specialties.

As I wrote in the beginning, these are only 10 hotels, but gradually I will be adding more amazing hotels to my list. And what not to miss, read me on Instagram, I will be announcing it.
